Kontakt Center was founded in 2016. At our beginnings we started providing exceptional costumer service for italian market and extending further for Greek and English speakers.
We started with initial capacity by 50 workstation and we grew up exponentially, by doubling our employers number every six months. Today Kontakt Center operates in three branches, two in Tirana and one in Korca, and over 500 employers. Our mission is to offer an excellent customer service throughout a strict selection of language skills of our employers by a high motivated team according to world standarts and tools by paying attention for updates.
